Our number one value here at St Croix Linen is to Service the Customer above all else. We believe in our customers and know that customer service with a locally-owned company in the Twin Cities matters now more than ever. We work with our customers to ensure a simple linen service program is established so their business can run smoothly.
As a small business ourselves, we understand this is an uncertain time. We have been very flexible with our current customers – a lot of them are only able to be open at 50% capacity, and we’re here for them. We are willing to adjust and work together for the long-term success of the hospitality industry.
We know some of our competition continued to charge week-by-week, whether restaurants were open or not, and are not making it easy to adjust inventories as customers need right now – that is not how we would want to be treated. We treat our customers how we want to be treated. We’re all in this together!
