With us running a catering department, it is sometimes hard to know what is coming our way. Our partnership has made it great to have one less worry while running our business. We have been most impressed with the communication and flexibility they have shown over the last several months. Our locations have needed to stop and start service, adjust delivery days, and change product quantities, all on short notice, and they have not missed a beat. The service team is willing to go the extra mile to be sure our needs are met. Bradshaw has used St Croix Linen since November 2019, and we are very pleased with their product and their service. The tablecloths are of good quality and are always very clean and white. Jake has been wonderful to work with. If we need extra at the last minute, Jake makes sure we have them, if not that same day, always by the very next morning. He is very accommodating.
