Job Description

St Croix Linen is seeking a dedicated professional Delivery Driver to help us achieve our goal of improving the lives of our customers. We service many top hospitality brands throughout the Twin Cities, ensuring they can provide exceptional service to their guests.

Responsibilities

• Drive a 28-foot box truck and deliver large laundry bins of hotel bed linens, towels, and other products to hotels and occasional restaurant locations
• Load and unload heavy laundry carts in a timely and safe manner
• Ensure accurate deliveries by verifying each customer receives the correct laundry bins daily
• Perform all tasks with efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Provide courteous, professional, and timely service to all customers

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License
• Clean driving record
• At least 18 years old
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work, including pushing heavy laundry carts
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Demonstrates timeliness, courtesy, patience, and professionalism

Available Shifts

Successful Candidates Will Also Possess:

• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
• High School diploma, GED, or Military Service
• DOT Medical Card (we will assist in obtaining one if needed)
• Strong customer service orientation
• Self-motivation and ability to work in a team-based environment
• Positive attitude, ambition, and strong organizational skills

St Croix Linen is the newest division of St Croix Cleaners, one of Minnesota’s top-rated dry cleaners. We’re looking for reliable, hard-working individuals to join our eco-friendly linen care team.

Shift Schedules (4 days/week, 10-hour shifts):
• 1st Shift: 5:00am – 3:30pm
• 2nd Shift: 3:30pm – 2:00am

Starting Wage- $16.37

Job Type: Full-Time

Finishing Department Responsibilities:

• Finish napkins, tablecloths, blankets, and other textiles using industrial pressing equipment (experience preferred but not required—training provided)
• Sort textiles and prepare items for the washroom team
• Complete work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet daily production goals
• Maintain production levels, quality standards, and follow all safety procedures

Washroom Department Responsibilities:

• Sort, wash, and inspect large loads of textiles
• Stay organized and maintain accurate lot control
• Identify and treat stains (training provided)
• Work as part of a team to meet daily deadlines
• Maintain production levels, quality standards, and follow all safety procedures
• Keep work area clean and organized

Essential Job Functions:

• Lift, push, and pull 20–50 pounds regularly throughout the duration of the shift
• Stand for the full 10-hour shift
• Maintain attention to detail and follow safety practices
• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Be dependable and punctual
